A email will be sent for further shipping information. The order creation will take another 1-4 weeks. With that being said, depending on how many orders I receive, orders can take up to a month to be produced and than another week for shipping time, I don't like to rush orders as they don't come out as nice and it would be delaying other customers orders, so please do not ask for rushed or expedited items!! This is slow fashion :)

Made to order means that the orders are started once the payment is received, this includes waiting for the materials to arrive because I order them with the payment and then once all materials for the items are collected, I begin the order, you'll know when your order is started/getting ready to ship because you will receive tracking via email. Please be aware this creation process can take 2-5 weeks, sometimes up to a month depending on how many orders I get. Another week should be dedicated to shipping as well, I am very sorry for any delays but all items are handmade and are crafted by just 1 single person and I do want to make sure all items are in good condition. With this in mind, I do not do rush orders and I try to make this clear in the descriptions of all of the items that sometimes the materials can be delayed getting to the shop, so I can't guarentee anything will arrive by a certain time. However I recommend ordering a month or more before an event if you plan on ordering something for an event. I recently dealt with the shop getting suspended wrongfully on Etsy and had several active orders in progress during that time period. They did not get back to me about it for over an entire month so I had to delay those etsy orders from March all the way until the first week of may. This caused me to be a week behind on my website orders which I apologize deeply for but I did not have control over as I lost access to all order information for my etsy orders once I was suspended. I have since fulfilled all of the delayed Etsy orders and am currently back to shop orders as of May 10th, I am working as hard as possible to fulfill orders as soon as possible so if you have an order and have not received any shipping updates that is why but you will soon! As a small business who specializes in made to order custom items, I cannot accept any cancellations and typically do not issue refunds. Once the order is made I purchase the materials with the money and then once I get the materials which can take 1-2 weeks it takes me a couple days to make the item. If you are planning on making an order please understand that this isn't a massive corporation so if you decide to change your mind last minute because you don't want it anymore, it does affect the business, sorry! I also do not accept returns, so once a product is worn, I can no longer resell it. I do however offer refunds if the item is damaged during shipping, but I will need evidence of the damaged item so I can create a claim ticket via post office. If you no longer want the item after this you can either keep it or send it back to me, I will be able to create a return shipping label. With this being said, please DO NOT chargeback your payment if you cannot get a refund, the policies are in place for this reason and it causes me to lose more money any time a case is opened.

The tubular crin is tied onto a thick flexible and stretchy fabric band. This band can then be tied onto hair or some kind of bun shape like pantyhose.
