Shipping Policy
The customer will pay for shipping domestic or international, if shipping comes damaged then a claim can be made with the shipping carrier.

Customer can request for faster shipping at a higher price in their order inquiry

Reminder - everything on the shop is not available to ship immediately, the orders are made once they are purchased. The materials need time to be shipped to the shop.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and Refunds are not accepted as the cyberlox are made to order. If you decide to return to sender after receiving your order, you can still get a refund for the order, not the shipping, ONLY if it is unopened.
