Due to high order volume, the below list is used to keep track of all custom orders and they are made and shipped out in the order I receive them. Once you receive an email that your order is being started, depending on the amount of items/amount of labor it typically takes 1-5 days to be created and then shipped out, and you will get a tracking number while the item is in creation.

Please check the update date and time above; if you placed your order after the last update listed, it will not appear on this page until the next update. This list is for custom orders placed only on the shop website!! This list does not include ETSY or TIKTOKSHOP orders.

Awaiting reply - There is an issue with your order that must be addressed before we can ship it. We have contacted you via e-mail/phone and are waiting for you to reply.
Awaiting payment - We have not yet received payment for your order. We do not begin working on custom items and we do not ship anything until we receive payment.
Supplies received - We have received payment and supplies, but we have not started working on your order yet. We order the materials for custom items after payment, and if order volume is high, it nay take longer to get to your order, they are done in the order received.
In progress - We are currently working on your order. If your order is listed as "In progress" and you'd like to know specifically how much work has been done on it, feel free to ask!
Supplies on order - We are waiting for a shipment of supplies that is needed to complete your order. Orders with "Supplies on order" are normal for all made to order items and are not delayed, we use the payment to order the supplies and assemble once they arrive.
