All items are made to order! Meaning I typically do not have supplies on hand, if you plan to order an item before an event please order over a month prior to the event, as I cannot guarentee the materials will arrive to me and be able to be shipped out to you if I have less than 4 weeks. Materials are estimated to arrive to me 1-2 weeks after they are ordered and once they arrive I try to ship it out immediately but shipping might take another 2-5 weeks.

If we have discussed this and you pay for expedited shipping, it can come faster but only if all the materials got delivered and the order is ready to go out.

I ship worldwide however this price is without shipping calculated!

Shipping will be calculated during your order check out as some items may be heavier and in some countries/regions the shipping prices inflates with weight.

If you have any requests for changes, it can be discussed in your order requests.

• If you plan to order something for an event, please do it 4-5 weeks in advance (a month), this will give me enough time to collect all materials and make sure your order is not rushed. Sometimes this is not always the case as there can be delays, please understand.

• If package arrives damaged, please reach out to me so I can open a claim with the mailing service and try to refund the shipping,

I currently do not accept returns, so if the order is not to your liking, once you have worn the item it is no longer in resellable condition, therefore I cannot take it back. Since all items are made to order and many of the items are made to be customisable, if there are any issues, feel free to reach out and I can give you my best advice and possibly discuss other options, I always want to make sure my customers are satisfied so if you are not, just let me know either by email or by direct message.

If your item is damaged in shipment please let me know! I will compensate you with a full refund for shipping as long as you provide evidence there was damage. If a package is returned, let me know as I will also try to reship it to you and get a refund for the returned package.

If we have discussed faster shipping and it doesn't arrive by the expected date, I can give you a full refund for the shipping cost and then reship it for you.

This means if you order an item, There are NO refunds, cancellations or returns allowed for any other reason for anything on the shop website. Everything is custom and hand made, nothing is resellable after you receive it and the materials are ordered after you make your purchase, meaning this money comes out of the shop's account. Please understand that if you request a refund or cancellation after reading this and making an order, it will be denied. Please do not make chargebacks as this affects the shops income.
