On monday 3/30 I received an email from etsy that my shop was suspended, they did not give me any reasons why and told me I needed to submit an appeal. I submitted an appeal and support told me my case would be escalated and would recieve a response in 24-48 hours. This has not happened yet and I'm still waiting for an email back. 4/3 I contact support again and they promise I will get a reply soon. I apologize to any customers who have purchased an item on the etsy and are confused about the shop disappearing. I will still work on these orders meanwhile etsy still works on the appeal. I'm sorry for the delays and confusion this might cause. Hope you guys understand, thank you community :)
